Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading the Findik application, creating an account or using the services on findikapp.com, you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application or the website.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. If you open an account on behalf of a business, cooperative or legal entity, you are deemed to declare that you are authorised to represent that organisation. These terms form a whole together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

Findik is a listing and communication platform that connects job seekers and employers in the agricultural sector. The platform:

• Provides job listing publishing and search capabilities
• Enables messaging between users
• Offers group creation and management
• Includes a rating and review system

What Findik does not provide: Findik is not an employment agency, a private recruitment office or an employer. It does not hire or place users, does not pay wages and does not act as an intermediary for payments. It is not a party to the working relationship established between users. It does not guarantee the identity of those who post listings, the accuracy of listings, the working conditions, whether payment will be made, or whether the job actually exists. All listing and profile content on the platform is created by users.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to comply with the following rules:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information
• Do not post fake or misleading listings
• Treat other users with respect
• Act in accordance with the law
• Do not misuse the platform
• Keep your account credentials confidential and do not transfer your account to anyone else

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice that your account has been used without your permission, you must contact us immediately. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the listings, messages, photos and other content you publish, and for ensuring that they do not infringe the rights of third parties. If you post listings as an employer, complying with applicable labour legislation and occupational health and safety rules is your responsibility.

4. Content Policy and Prohibited Conduct

Content published by users:

• Must comply with applicable laws
• Must not contain insults, threats or discrimination
• Must not violate third-party rights
• Must not contain spam or advertising

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fake listings: Posting listings for non-existent jobs, unrealistic wages or misleading working conditions
• Harassment: Disturbing, threatening, insulting or discriminating against other users
• Spam: Sending bulk unsolicited messages or sharing irrelevant advertising or links
• Demanding commission: Requesting a fee, commission or deposit from users in return for finding work, prioritising a listing or processing an application
• Creating fake accounts on behalf of another person or organisation, or impersonating others
• Collecting platform data with automated tools (scraping), probing or attempting to bypass system security
• Posting job offers aimed at people under the age of 18

We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these rules without prior notice. You can report listings or users that violate the rules through the reporting feature in the application.

5. Disclaimer

Findik does not accept responsibility for agreements, payments or disputes between users. The platform only provides a connection service.

Accordingly, Findik does not guarantee that the agreed wage will be paid, that the work will be carried out as described in the listing, that working or accommodation conditions will be suitable, that the parties' statements are accurate, or what the outcome of the working relationship will be. Hiring, wage negotiation, contracts, insurance and payment processes take place entirely between users.

The service is provided "as is". We do not undertake that the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free; temporary access problems may occur due to maintenance, technical faults or third-party service outages.

6. Intellectual Property

The Findik brand, logo, application and website design, source code, texts and visuals belong to Findik and are protected by intellectual property legislation. These elements may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used for commercial purposes without permission.

The rights to the content you upload (listing texts, photos, reviews) remain yours. By publishing this content, you grant us permission to use it to the extent necessary for the operation of the platform — to display the listing, list it in search results and show it in sharing links. When you delete your content, this use also ends.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts that act contrary to the terms of service may be suspended or deleted without notice. The main grounds are:

• Publishing fake, misleading or repetitive listings
• Harassment, threats or discrimination directed at other users
• Sending spam or unauthorised advertising
• Demanding commission, deposits or fees from users
• Impersonation or use of fake accounts
• Conduct that threatens the technical security of the platform
• A high number of verified complaints from other users

You can delete your account at any time from within the application. When an account is deleted, the retention and destruction of your data are governed by the principles set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

These terms may be changed without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication.

For changes that significantly affect user rights, we will endeavour to inform you through an in-app notification or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the text was last changed. Continuing to use the service after changes means that you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the service. The rights of users qualifying as consumers to apply under applicable consumer legislation are reserved.
