Findik connects the person who has work with the person looking for it, without a chain of intermediaries in between. A grower who needs pickers posts a listing and writes the terms out in full: how many people are needed, the start date and expected duration, whether the pay is a daily wage or a per-kilo rate, and whether accommodation, meals and transport are provided. Those fields are not optional — removing the vagueness of "we'll discuss the pay later" was the reason the app was built. Someone looking for seasonal work browses listings filtered to their own province and district, sees the terms before travelling anywhere, and applies with a single tap. Crews are supported directly: a crew leader creates a team inside the app, adds members with an invite code, and applies to listings as a group, so a fifteen-person crew is matched as one unit rather than one person at a time. Service providers — tractor, spraying, threshing and haulage operators — publish their own service listings and reach requests in their area.

Signing up takes a phone number. There is no email verification step and no long registration form. You pick a role on your profile afterwards, and that choice is not permanent: the same person can be an employer during harvest and a job seeker in winter when they want pruning work. Job seekers fill in years of experience, the types of work they do, the regions they can travel to and the dates they are available; if you lead a crew, stating its size is what makes growers who need many hands find you directly. Employers review incoming applications together with the applicant profiles. The app is free to use. Posting a listing, applying to one, creating a crew and messaging cost nothing, and there is no paid tier hidden behind any of it. One limit is worth stating plainly: Findik does not handle payments. The wage, the payment date and the working conditions are agreed strictly between the employer and the worker. The platform is not a party to that money at any stage and takes no commission from it. It follows that anyone asking you for a deposit, registration fee, transport booking or commission in the name of Findik is running a scam. No genuine employer asks for money before work begins. If you receive a request like that, do not pay, and report it to [email protected]. Settling the terms in writing inside the app — the amount, the number of days, the payment date and which costs are covered — is the strongest record you will have if a dispute comes up later.

Alongside the app, this site is a growing library on hazelnut growing, and it is written for the same people who use the listings. The care calendar in My Garden goes through the year month by month, which is also how an employer works out when to post: good crews fill their calendars weeks in advance, so timing a listing is a scheduling decision as much as a hiring one. On privacy, we are direct about what the app collects. It processes contact details such as your name and phone number, location at province and district level so that listings and proximity matching work, professional information for job seekers such as experience and expected daily wage, and the messages exchanged between users. Your profile name and rating are visible to other users; your messages are visible only to the people in that conversation. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your account and its data permanently whenever you choose — deletion is started from the account settings inside the app and cannot be undone afterwards.
